Uniform and Equipment
When you decide to train BJJ long term you will need to get yourself a Jiu Jitsu Kimono (Gi), Training Shorts(mma fight shorts) and a Rash Vest.
You are welcome to purchase your kimono from the supplier of your choice. It is only compulsory that you have the school patches on your kimono.
Are you a Complete Beginner?
All you have to do,
1. Come along 15 Minutes before any Regular Class , bring shorts and a tee shirt,
2. fill in a Waiver and pay your $10 (Half Price Casual Fee), and well get you started.
Do you have previous Grappling or Martial Arts experience?
We welcome athletes with previous experience. If you're looking to take your training to a new level come and see us.

No need to pre book or call. We trust your not injured and don't bring your ego. Then you'll be on your way to learning Jiu Jitsu or MMA.

In the MMA classes safety equipment is essential for your safety and that of your training partners. The following Equipment is COMPULSORY. i.e. if you don't have it you cannot train.
1. MMA Gloves
2. Shin guards
3. Mouth Guard
The following equipment is recommended.
4. 16 oz boxing gloves
5. MMA head gaurd
